Guess what??? Another challenge. Don't you just love em? This one is Make an itty bitty card challenge on MoxieFab World. For this 2 1/2X2 1/2 card I stamped and image of flowers and then restamped the flowers on colored cardstock and cut them out. I added a popdot to the back of the flower to raise it off the original image. Not very original but a cute effect.

Well it's been quite awhile. Seems I only post when I have a challenge entry. This one is the Make a Card with a window challenge at Moxie Fab World.  It's a rainy (yeah!) gloomy day so the picture isn't very good but a perfect Sat. to stay home and make cards. Here's mine. BG's Basic Card Sketch:8.6.12

Love this sketch from Basic Grey's blog. It was so easy to work with.  I used BG's Kissing Booth paper. I used both the green side and the bird side of "oh darling" and "better half" for the chevron. I cut a branch on my Silhouette and added a little bird cut from the "oh darling" paper. Finished off with ribbon and flowers from my stash.

Birds of a feather

I was so pleased with the way this layout turned out. I started this quite awhile ago but didn't have a picture or title in mind at the time. But one day looking at this picture and the birds on the layout, the lightbulb finally came on. I'm so happy when that happens.

I was inspired by Jamie's textured layout class, on the Prima blog (via ustream), to attempt this little collage. I'm not sure if it's going to be a card or just an art project but I like the way it turned out.
